bbclub services are strictly available to persons aged 21 years and above. Registration by or on behalf of a minor is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may register and maintain only one bbclub account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, device, payment method, or IP address — will be suspended and balances voided without notice.
bbclub reserves the right to void bets, void bonus awards, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent activity is detected, at our sole discretion.
All financial transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bbclub does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which bbclub bears no responsibility.

2.2 Jurisdiction. Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bbclub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information is a ground for immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbclub login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether by you or by a third party who has obtained access to your credentials — is your responsibility. You must notify bbclub immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Verification. bbclub may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds in your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Verification requests are made in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
3.5 Account Transfer. bbclub accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bbclub supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via eWallet and FPX are credited to your bbclub account instantly under normal operating conditions. bbclub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits of unusual size or frequency, during which processing may be temporarily delayed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for standard eWallet methods under normal conditions. bbclub reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required, where a withdrawal is subject to a pending wagering requirement, or where a system maintenance window is in progress.
4.4 Payment Method Consistency. bbclub operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, alternative arrangements will be communicated to the Player by the bbclub support team.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are published in the Payments section of the Platform and are subject to change. Requests below the minimum threshold will be declined.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bbclub operates in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits may only be made from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. bbclub reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
5.1 All bets placed on the bbclub Sportsbook and all wagers placed on casino and game products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.
5.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, bbclub reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. bbclub's determination in such matters is final.
5.3 Obvious Errors. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a manifest error — including pricing errors by our data suppliers — may be voided at bbclub's discretion, even after settlement has occurred.
5.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply to Sportsbook and casino products. These limits are published within each product section and are subject to change.
5.5 Match Fixing and Integrity. bbclub cooperates fully with relevant sports governing bodies and integrity monitoring organisations. Any account found to be associated with match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of sporting fraud will be closed, balances voided, and relevant information disclosed to the appropriate authorities.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional credits offered by bbclub are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering progress is tracked in real time within your bbclub account dashboard.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bbclub employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using external wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus conditions, and colluding with other players. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. bbclub reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional offers for any player at any time, and to exclude any player from a specific promotion for any reason, without being required to provide justification.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbclub Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the appropriate authorities:
8.1 All content on the bbclub Platform — including but not limited to the bbclub brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of bbclub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bbclub.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbclub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbclub account in the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 bbclub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
9.3 bbclub does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bbclub's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.1 bbclub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 bbclub may be required by law or by applicable gaming regulations to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the player where legally required.
11.1 bbclub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their bbclub account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session duration timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

12.1 Termination by bbclub. bbclub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bbclub reasonably believes that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your account has been involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity; (c) continued operation of your account would expose bbclub to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or (d) bbclub is required to do so by law or by instruction of a competent authority.
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your bbclub account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and pending wagering obligation checks.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any obligations that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in force.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law frameworks under which bbclub holds its licensing authority. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bbclub's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority.
13.2 bbclub's internal dispute resolution process requires players to first submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected]. bbclub will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and issue a final determination within fourteen (14) days of receiving all relevant information.
